Training involves physical activity and may carry risk. Consult an appropriate medical professional before beginning exercise, especially if you have health concerns. Stop activity and seek help if you feel unwell or injured.
Availability and transactions
Booking and payment terms are not active in the current pre-launch release. Final terms for purchases, refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, and disputes must be added before those features open.

The platform may update these draft terms before launch. Add the operator’s legal name, address, governing law, and contact process after legal review.
