Accessibility at Struvo

What we do

• Pages use clear headings and landmarks, and a “Skip to main content” link is the first thing you reach with the keyboard.
• Everything can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline.
• Colors meet WCAG AA contrast in both light and dark themes, and statuses always include text or a symbol, not color alone. You can choose light, dark, or your system setting in the page footer.
• Form fields have visible labels, and error messages are announced and linked to the field they describe.
• Search results counts and form messages are announced to screen readers.
• Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels, text can be enlarged to 200%, pages work on screens as narrow as 320 pixels, and animation is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Images have text alternatives. Any video a coach shares must include captions or a transcript before it is shown.
• We run automated accessibility checks on our main pages in both light and dark mode.

Report a problem

A dedicated accessibility contact address is being set up and will be listed here before launch. We are sorry that there is no direct way to reach us about an accessibility problem yet.

Known issues

• Booking, checkout, and messaging are not open yet. They will be tested against this standard before they launch.
• Coach photo and video uploads do not exist yet. When they arrive, coaches will be asked for image descriptions, and videos will require captions or a transcript.
• Our policy pages are drafts and are still being reviewed for plain language.
