Cookie and Browser Storage Notice
The short version
- We only use cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work: sign-in, your chosen account role, your theme, and form drafts.
- There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
- If we ever add analytics, we will ask first, and “Reject all” will be as easy as “Accept all”.
- When you open the map, your browser loads map tiles from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address.

1. Cookies we use
All cookies below are first-party and needed for the site to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.

2. Other browser storage
These are stored in your browser, are not cookies, and are not sent to us:
- Session storage
sign-up-draftand other step-form drafts: keeps what you typed if you go back a step; cleared when you submit or close the tab. - Local and session storage
pwa-visit-count,pwa-visit-counted,pwa-install-snoozed-until: decides when to suggest installing the app, and remembers if you said “not now”. - Offline cache (service worker): stores the app's static files and an offline page so the app opens without a connection. It never stores pages with your account information.
3. Map tiles
When you open the coach map, your browser requests map tiles and styles directly from OpenFreeMap. Like any web server, OpenFreeMap receives your IP address and the map area your browser asks for. The map shows © OpenStreetMap contributors attribution. Coach locations on the map are approximate areas only. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Your choices
Because we only use cookies the site needs, there is no cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in will stop working. If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first with a banner where “Reject all” is as easy as “Accept all”, and we will update this notice.
