Cancellation and Refund Policy
This starter text is not legal advice or a final agreement. It must be reviewed, completed, and approved before the marketplace accepts bookings or payments.
Draft for planning. Booking, subscription, and payment services are not open yet. The final policy must be published before any paid service is enabled.
Before booking opens
No appointments or marketplace payments can currently be made through this site. Do not treat coach availability patterns or listed draft offers as a confirmed reservation.
Coach-specific terms
When booking launches, each offer will show its cancellation window and any late-cancellation or no-show charge before the client pays. A final policy must explain how those terms interact with coach policies and local law.
Refund requests
A final policy must define eligibility, request timing, digital-plan access rules, subscription cancellations, refund processing time, and how clients can contact support.
Changes to appointments
Rescheduling, coach cancellations, weather interruptions, package balances, and group bookings need separate clear rules before those features launch.
