Coach Agreement
This starter text is not legal advice or a final agreement. It must be reviewed, completed, and approved before the marketplace accepts bookings or payments.
Draft for planning. This starter summary must become a complete contract reviewed by a lawyer before coaches can accept paid bookings.
Your content and permission to display it
You own the coaching materials, descriptions, photographs, and other content you submit. You grant the platform permission to host, display, format, and promote that content only as needed to operate and market your marketplace profile and offers.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the safety, accuracy, and suitability of your coaching services and training content, for the credentials and claims in your profile, and for following applicable laws and professional requirements. Do not make medical or guaranteed-result claims.
Independent coaching
You operate independently and are responsible for determining whether a prospective client is appropriate for your services. The platform does not supervise your coaching or create a medical-provider relationship.
Fees and payments
Coach fees, payment processing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and plan terms are not active in this release. The final agreement must state the exact fee schedule, payout timing, dispute process, and any tax responsibilities before paid services open.
Safety review and termination
Profile publication may require a platform review. A review is not a guarantee of a coach’s qualifications or outcomes. The final agreement must describe moderation, suspension, and appeal procedures.
