Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms
The short version
- No subscription is on sale yet, and nobody is charged.
- Planned coach plans: Free, Pro ($29/month) and Elite ($59/month). Founding coaches: Pro free for 6 months, then $19/month.
- Before you subscribe, you will see the price, billing cycle, renewal date, any trial and how to cancel, and you will tick a separate box to agree.
- You will be able to cancel online as easily as you signed up. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- We will tell you before a trial ends, before a price changes, and before an annual plan renews.

What changed in version 0.2: Version 0.2 (2026-10-15) states the planned coach plan prices and the founding-coach offer from the money model, and the rules every future subscription will follow.

1. Today
There is no paid plan, membership, trial or recurring charge on Struvo today, no card is collected, and nobody is charged. Deleting your account or signing out is not needed to avoid a charge, because none exists.
2. Planned subscriptions
- Coach plans: Free ($0/month), Pro ($29/month) and Elite ($59/month), billed monthly. These are planned default prices; the price that applies will always be shown before you subscribe.
- Founding coaches: the first 50 founding coaches get Pro free for 6 months, then $19/month. The exact terms will be confirmed with each founding coach before enrollment, and no charge will be made without their agreement.
- Monthly coaching (clients): a coach's monthly package (for example, a set number of sessions or check-ins each month), billed monthly, when booking and payments open.
- Client membership: a possible future membership for clients. It is not planned for the first release.

3. Before you subscribe
Before you agree, you will see in one place: the plan and what it includes, the price and how often you are charged, the date of the first charge, any trial or discount and the price after it, taxes and fees, when it renews, any minimum term, and how to cancel. You will agree with a separate checkbox that is never pre-ticked, and we will record which version of these terms you agreed to. We will email you a confirmation with these details and how to cancel.
4. Renewal, reminders and price changes
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We will remind you before a free trial or discounted period ends, before any price increase takes effect (and you can cancel before it does), and before an annual plan renews. 5. Cancelling
You will be able to cancel online, in your account, in as few steps as it took to sign up, without having to call or chat with anyone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. [Refund rules for partial periods approved by founder and counsel]
